UTOPIA 'throw' pillow.
Like Utopia itself, this pillow no longer exists. The unique original was thrown at a ‘cochon’ on the Champs Élysées in Mai, 1968, there having been no cobble stones at hand. The officer instantly recognized the value of this cozy example of mid-century political weaponry (signed by Anne Wiazemsky, verso) and ran off with it. A photo of the lost pillow will be sent to every buyer, in honor of Jean Baudrillard, whilst the entirety of the purchase price will go to provide free meals to hungry families of the South Bronx. All you get is a mirage..
